Destructo Project Version 8

This zombie themed design was created in the summer of 2006. This design wasn't as graphic intensive as version 7, but I wanted to go in a different direction for version 8. I pushed this design out in about three weeks and then I sat on it until September 1st 2006. This was due to my wife and I moving to Denver toward the end of the summer.

Once again, there are no rotating header images since I couldn't find a reason to include them. There isn't a whole lot to talk about code wise. I took a step backward and used tables with css styling.. I got lazy. On the UI side, I did away with the coming soon section on the side bar. It seemed pointless since the "media news" format was dropped years ago. I replaced the coming soon section with the gallery, where I could put the spot light on the last four Welcome Mat's. A much better use of space and a way to personalize the site.

After this design, I went on a design hiatus for about three years and Destructo Project joined the land of the living dead web.
