March & April 2006 Updates

Mix Tape Update
Yeah, it's been awhile, but mix tape updates are here. New b96 mixes from Billy the Kid, DJ Spin, Josh the Funky 1, Louie Loop and Mixin Marc.

Movies, Movies, Movies.
Hostle was crap. Aeon Flux was better than expected, nice sound and visuals. Silent Hill started out good and slowly faded out until it just went to hell at the end, but the visuals were spot on to the game. Robot Chicken Season One was rather entertaining, I hope this show continues on for awhile. Fun with Dick and Jane was good. DOOM was ok for a video game movie, I'm not sure why everyone was bitching. A Sound of Thunder was a neat idea but it had a preeeeee-ty low budget. A History of Violence was... meh. Zathura is the ultimate kids adventure movie, but Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is more my cup of tea.

Destructo-less?
I haven't been around much. Lack of ambition? No. I've been busy... with things. Dropping out. Dreaming. Hoping. Praying... The LunchTray Conspiracy has been getting the crazy man/obsessed updating treatment from me. Nothing visible right now, but April is going to bring a bunch of updates and original content. I'm talking about the next LTC issues (yes we have more than one in the works) and Himee's Corner. Yes, we finally gave Himee his very own blog spot on our site. Why? Well, he kept begging us, so I said write an introductory article about himself. He did. Let's just say I was amused to say the least. We also have another project in the works. Stay tuned to the LunchTray.

Remember, Remember the 5th of November
I will always remember the 5th of November, since that day makes me a year older. V for Vendetta surprised me, because it demanded more thinking than your typical effects driven action flick. The references to the civil war torn "former United States of America" and how we couldn't finish the war we started was pretty interesting. Maybe a scary little glimpse into the future? As Zack De La Rocha once said "WAKE UP!" I'm looking forward to the DVD and what features it may bring with it.

Mix Tape Update
It has been awhile, but I have updated the Mix Tape archive. New b96 mixes from Billy the Kid, DJ Spin, Josh the Funky 1, Louie Loop and Mixin Marc.

Brand New
So here it is, Version 7. I could write a book on the amount of trial and error work I went through to make this design. Check out that cool menu bar located right above the date. I also created a new entrance pic to go along with new design, look at it again if you like.
