Site Tweaks
I felt the look of the "links" and "coming soon" tables on the right side were looking a bit dated, so I experimented a bit and came up with the new graphic look you see on your right.
Powder update
After the last flake of snow fell and the skies cleared up, I was pleased to find thirteen inches of powder waiting for me. What a day it was.

The powder came back!
After a week of nothing but dead grass exposed by rain, the powder is back. Yes that's right. The powder is back. Thirteen inches of snow now covers the ground here in Wisconsin. Now the only thing worse than no snow is snow that you can't ride. Why you ask? There is a damn wind storm going on outside my wiondow. Anyway, tomorrow will be better and I'll be back out on the Lamar.
Luke Hackney.com
Luke from Creem Magazine informed me that he now offers guitar lessons. Play the guitar in seven days or your money back. This man can do it all. Check it.

Da New Entrance
I posted a new entrance pic last night. I figured since I have been spending a good part of my holiday break playing Halo 2, maybe that should be the theme for the new entrance. Enjoy it. As always, you can find the old entrance pic's in the newly reworked, but not yet finished archives section.
TigerDirect.com
I first discovered Tiger Direct about three years ago when a teacher introduced me to the site. I was in awe at the prices and knowledge the web store contained. Fast forward to September 2004 and the horror begins... Tiger Direct, you still owe me $6 for the bounce fee that I was charged when your shitty rebate did not clear. You can also keep your worthless Tiger Gold card, the damn thing doesn't work any more. I'm still $620 away from my limit... Your company has gone down hill in very short amount of time. Maybe that has something to do with out-sourcing your customer service to other companies? Thank you come again. I guess I will have to start shopping at NewEgg.com.

Powder go bye bye
So last week it finally snowed in Wisconsin. I was happy. It was time to teach Jill how to snowboard and time for me to try out my new Lamar. It was glorious, I had beautiful powder to ride. Yes powder in Wisconsin. Fast forward to today, it's raining. Over an inch of rain. If that was snow it would be more than 10 inches.. What did I do God?
2004 flop's list
Here are a few of the flops of 2004.
Movies
The Village, Seed of Chucky, The Grudge.
Music
Bobby D, Nickel Back, Papa Roach.
Video Games
Driver 3, Golden Eye 2, Psi Ops.
The Beastles
Luke from Creem Magazine passed a bit of cool info my way the other day, so I must share it with the world. I love the Beastie Boys and I love the Beatles. I have thought it would be cool to see some kind of collaboration or combination of the two since I consider the Beastie Boys to be the Beatles of my generation. Now before you bash the shit out of me, think about it. What other band from generation X has experimented and changed their sound as much the Beastie Boys? Not one. This is not to say that either band is better than the other... anyway click on this link to get some very cool Beastles tracks complete with art work.

2005
So welcome to 2005. Will this be another dismal year? This is just a thought but it seems to me that the 2000's are like the 1970's. Let me explain. The 1950's were a time of prosperity much like the 1980's, new technology meant new jobs and people were making more money. The 1960's and the 1990's are much the same, kids rebelled against their parents ideas and beliefs, we were more laid back and interested in having a good time. Now the 1970's were pretty depressing by all historical accounts. The cost of living sky rocketed, gas prices soared and the US was involved in Vietnam. Now compare the 2000's to the 1970's, do you see any thing familiar?

Crazier than fiction?
So back in August I made a post entitled "Total Meltdown." It was about my templates for this web site going crazy on me and deleting all archived updates since May. I didn't take the time to back them up before hand and was pretty pissed at myself. They were forever gone. Anyway, as I was working on the site today something crazier happened. The archived files were back on the server. These files were deleted on Aug. 29th and reappeared today. The files were not there yesterday, I know because I did some work preparing for today's update which you can read about in the post below. So what the hell happened here? Did these files come back to life much like Neo and Smith did in the Matrix?
School work
As promised I have posted examples of my school work in the totally reworked Archives section for the web site. You can now find the site updates, entrance pics and school work in the archives.
